My overall opinion on this product was good, this was my first time using a mat with eco-friendly memory foam. When the product cam it was wrapped neatly and It didn't have a weird smell like a lot of mats that I have. I love the fact that the mat came with a strap, so you can put it over your shoulder.
I don't take yoga, but I do workout dvd's from home and I do cardio and strength training and this product was great for me when I did my ab workouts and other exercises that I did on the floor. When I dropped sweat on the mat it didn't bother me or effect my exercising. I have to say this is one of my favorite mats. This product was made well, the only thing I didn't like was rolling it up to put in the straps, which is normal for all my mats.
