My overall opinion of the product was when I good, when I first started to take it I noticed that i had a slight headache but the next day the headache subsided. To be honest there were days when I forgot to take the product so I had to put a reminder on my phone. did notice that my hair had less shedding and my hair felt stronger and slightly thicker. I definitely will purchase this when I run out which is in less then 2 days. But overall like the product. I received this product for free for my honest feedback.
