I received a book called: The 4 x 4 Diet: 4 Key Foods, 4-Minute Workouts, Four Weeks to the Body You Want, by Erin Oprea, Carrie Underwood For free for my honest opinion.

My Opinion:

I felt the book was a okay book a lot of the stuff that I read was, information that I have read about recently and that was cool because it shows you that reducing your intake of sugar, starch, sodium, and alcohol in your diet will make a major impact on your health and body. I also love how she incorporates her 4-minute tabata workouts: 8 repetitions of 20 seconds of high-intensity moves, then 10 seconds of rest. . I love how she includes complete meal plans and recipes,  I love how the author broke down everything in the book and it makes you feel like you don't have to stress about what type of meals to make and how to make them. This is a awesome guide to get you clean and lean.
