So my overall experience with the Pure Raspberry Ketones was I took one pill with 8oz of water 30 minutes before I ate breakfast and one pill with 8oz of water 30 minutes before dinner. So I took one pill two times a day, I didn't experience any side effects like some products, that have made me feel in the past  jittery, which I didn't feel with this product which was a A+ in my book. 

As far as weight loss I have not really seen any, I still have not finished the bottle so I know products like this you have to finish the bottle and continue to take it to see results for some people. But I think I might have loss some inches because my clothes fell loser wish is great. 

I did notice that my appetite did decrease with the use of theses pills, I am snacking less at night which was a problem for me. I am really glad that I had the opportunity to try this product and can't wait to see my results when I continue to use Pure Raspberry Ketones.
