My overall opinion about this product was okay, I think I like taken serum better than pills because its hard to remember to take the pills daily so I did forget to take them a few times, which is my fault its just hard for me to remember sometimes. I know I would have better results with using this product if I would have took them daily and not missed any days. But I will continue to use the product and see how much my skin changes.
