My experience with this ebook was great I loved a lot of the recipes some of the recipes that I enjoyed was the Apple and Spinach Smoothie, the kale and blueberry was okay, Almond and Strawberry Smoothie was awesome. I really loved this ebook and will continue to use it, I will continue to make these smoothies about 3-4 times a week I loved them.
