Step 1: Naturally Flavored Breakfast Shake Mix Ingredients: Vegetable oil emulsion (dehydrated corn syrup, palm oil, oat oil, water, silicon dioxide), maltodextrin, whey protein isolate, natural flavors, dicalcium phosphate, magnesium phosphate, sodium ascorbate, ferric orthophosphate, silicon dioxide, vitamin E (as acetate), vitamin K1 (as phytonadione), potassium iodide, niacinamide, sucralose (non nutritive sweetener), acesulfame-potassium (non-nutritive sweetener), zinc oxide, vitamin A (as palmitate), copper gluconate, vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol), d-calcium panthothenate, manganese sulfate, d-biotin, vitamin B12 (as cyanocobalamin), pyridoxine HCL, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, sodium selenite, folic acid, chromium chloride. Contains milk. Manufactured in a facility that processes soy, egg, wheat, peanuts and tree nuts. Directions: Empty one packet into 8 oz (240ml) of water. Mix well. Step 2: Vitamin Supplement with Caffeine and Green Tea. Ingredients: Sodium starch glycolate, starch, cellulose, polyvinylpyrrolidone, silicon dioxide, stearic acid, hypromellose. Directions: Take one (1) tablet twice a day with an 8 oz (240 mL) glass of water. Do not exceed a dosage of 2 tablets per day. Wait at least 4 hours between doses. Not for sale to, or use by, persons under the age of 18. Keep out of the reach of children! Store at room temperature (59ºF - 86ºF) in a dry place and keep tightly closed. Seek advice from a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or nursing, or if you have high blood pressure, heart or thyroid disease, diabetes, or if taking any prescription drugs. Reduce or discontinue use if nervousness, tremor, sleeplessness, severe loss of appetite or nausea occur. Each serving provides 50 mg caffeine, or about half the amount of caffeine found in one cup of coffee. Too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness, and, occasionally, rapid heart beat.

My overall opinion on this product was I really liked this product I noticed after 3 days that my appetite was suppressed. I love the taste I received chocolate it was pretty good I use this product with water and I use it for breakfast and I have a light breakfast. But overall I love this product I want to purchase the other steps in this program.
