My overall opinion on this book was I really enjoyed this book I love how she provides meal ideas, exercises, workout samples and much more. I seen a post about the author last year and from the post she had a lot of people that was not to happy with what she has said, but it didn't bother me.
I am a mother of a 4 year old and I am still trying to lose the weight that I gained from having him and this book had some awesome tools that I will be using to lose the rest of the weight I have to lose. I really loved this book and I think this book is great for all mothers. No More Excuses!!!!
