I really liked this book I like how it is made up into 4 parts, The first part is "The Basic", Part 2 is called "Let Go", Part 3 is Menu Tips And What To Expect, Part 4 is Trim Healthy and Beyond. I love how this book can work for anyone and can be used throughout your lifetime. I love how they have a plan that you can use that will help you lose that weight and learn how to keep it off. These women are great at what they do and they do a really good job really helping you understand how to get healthier.
